Delete my Kipetchi account

You can delete your Kipetchi account and all associated data at any time, free of charge. Kipetchi will be a little sad, but it understands 🌱 Kipetchi is published by 2 FRESH STUDIO (France).

In the app (recommended, immediate)

1. Open Kipetchi while connected to the internet.
2. On the Home screen, tap ☰ Menu (top left), then ⚙️ Settings.
3. Tap My data, then Delete my account.
4. Type the confirmation word shown on screen, then tap Delete forever.

Your account and online backup are erased from our servers immediately. You can export your data (JSON) from the same screen first.

Without the app, by e-mail

E-mail team@kipetchi.com with the subject “Suppression de compte” (account deletion), from the e-mail address linked to your account (e-mail, or your Apple / Google account address), and mention that address in your message. The app does not display a user ID; this address is how we find your account. We may ask you to verify your identity, then delete your data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. Anonymous accounts that were never linked to an e-mail, Apple or Google cannot be attributed to you and can only be deleted from the app.

What is deleted

Minimal billing records may be kept by Apple / Google and, pseudonymised, by RevenueCat to meet accounting obligations (up to 10 years). Server backups are purged within 30 days.
